Ishan is an English teacher at Next Step Learning (NSL), where he follows his passion for teaching and working closely within the community.

He creates a supportive, interactive classroom environment that encourages students to speak confidently and participate actively. Through practical, real-world learning, he helps learners strengthen both their communication skills and self-belief that extend beyond the classroom.

Alongside his teaching role, he works as a Marketing Associate at Reality Tours & Travel, the social enterprise that supports NSL through responsible tourism. Being involved in both education and storytelling allows him to connect community impact with a wider audience, while staying closely engaged with the learners he works with.

Outside of work, Ishan enjoys attending theatre performances, as well as reading and writing poetry and short creative pieces.
